MJM 35 DOWNEAST - 2023 35' MJM YACHTS 35 DOWNEAST

$679,000 USD

If you’re looking for a well-equipped and gently used pre-owned MJM 35, this is the one. This 2023 boat is kept in outstanding condition, lightly used, expertly maintained, and loaded with high-quality amenities. She’s perfect for a day cruise, weekend getaway, or even a longer coastal adventure.

Powered by a powerful white Mercury 300 HP V8 engine, she offers joystick piloting and a bow thruster for effortless docking and cruising. The performance is smooth and quiet, allowing her to cruise efficiently at 26 mph while turning a little over 20 gallons per hour. The handling is exceptional, thanks to MJM’s proven hull design and lightweight epoxy resin construction.

To ensure comfort year-round, she’s equipped with an 8,000 BTU unit in the cabin and a 16,000 BTU pilot house reverse cycle air conditioning unit. Additionally, she has a 3.5 kW generator, making her completely self-sufficient.

One of the standout features is the SeaKeeper gyro stabilizer, which makes a noticeable difference in choppy conditions. Whether you’re heading offshore or relaxing on the deck, it helps keep the ride steady and secure.

She also features a striking metallic blue hull that turns heads in any harbor. The full Garmin electronics suite includes a FLIR thermal vision camera. Privacy curtains provide comfort for overnighting or keeping the sun out. Side boarding doors are available on both the starboard and port sides.

High-quality upholstery and teak accents are throughout, including synthetic teak flooring in the cockpit and pilot house.
