2015 Yanmar 8LV370 with single lever throttle and shift. This is a V8 engine, not the 6-cylinder often found on sisterships and other boats this size. It is an incredible engine with additional torque and a great fit for this boat. 

Until you have experienced one of these Yanmar 8LV 370hp engines, no superlative is going to adequately do the job of describing how qualitatively better the V8 is than their 6-cylinder equivalent. The difference in torque is unbelievable, and they are smoother and quieter and more fuel efficient at normal cruising speeds. And that REVERIE has this engine, is the single most important thing to know about the boat, on top of her being well kept and otherwise well-equipped with desirable options like Garmin electronics, bow and stern thrusters, generator and AC- to name just a few. 

There is a reason why Back Cove has been so successful of late in the market.
